Your tracking page shows your package's current location, estimated delivery date, and real-time shipping updates. In this article, we'll explain what each section means.
- Estimated delivery date
You'll find your estimated delivery date in the top left-hand corner your tracking page. This date is based on typical transit times from our facilities to your country and updates automatically as your package progresses through customs and delivery.
This delivery date is our best estimate; customs processing, holidays, or weather conditions may cause slight delays. Check your tracking page regularly for the most current date.
- Service alerts
If there are known delays affecting shipments to your area, a service alert banner will appear at the top of your tracking page. This alerts you to events such as public holidays, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions.
You can also visit our service alerts page for a complete list of the latest updates and expected resolution times.
- Current status and shipping updates
The center of your tracking page shows real-time scans from carriers as your package moves. The most recent update appears at the top. We typically see new updates every 2-3 days as your package progresses.
Want to see where your package has been? Click the dropdown arrow under "Previous status updates" to see the complete journey from when it left the merchant to its current location.
- Your local delivery
Once your package clears customs, this section shows:
- Which carrier will deliver to your door (like Australia Post or Royal Mail)
- Your local carrier's tracking number
- A link to track directly on the carrier's website
Don't see this section yet? It appears once your package reaches your country and clears customs.
You can contact your local carrier directly for things like adding delivery instructions or arranging a pickup.
- Email notifications
Enter your email in the "Get Updates" section to receive automatic notifications when your package:
- Ships from the merchant
- Arrives in your country
- Clears customs
- Is out for delivery
- Is delivered
Your email will only be used for tracking updates on this specific shipment, we won't use it for marketing or future orders.
