Passport can't cancel orders or issue refunds; only the merchant you purchased from can help with these. Passport is your shipping company, not the store. We handle delivery once the merchant sends us your package, but we can't access their order system to make changes or issue refunds.
What you need to do now
The success of canceling your order depends on how quickly you act:
If you JUST placed the order (within minutes/hours)
Contact the merchant right away. If they haven't printed your shipping label yet, there's a good chance they'll be able to help you.
How to contact them:
- Check your order confirmation email for their contact information
- Look for a "Contact" or "Help" link on their website
If your order is already shipping
Once the merchant creates your shipping label, cancellation becomes much harder. Here's what to know:
We can't stop packages in transit. Even if we could physically stop a shipment, only the merchant can refund your payment or send a replacement. We don't have access to their payment systems.
You still have options:
- Contact the merchant anyway; some may offer refunds even after shipping
Return the package, if applicable return the item following the merchant's return policy
