Here at Passport Global, we connect merchants with international customers. We do not have access to edit subscriptions, cancel orders, or issue refunds on behalf of the merchant, as we do not have access to their internal tools and systems. You'll need to reach out to the store directly through one of these methods:
- Replying to the order or subscription email they sent you
- Logging into your account on their website or app and managing your subscription there
- Reaching out to their customer support team directly
Why we can't help with this: We don't have access to our merchant partners' internal systems, so we're unable to make subscription changes on their behalf. We understand that it can be confusing, as we are responsible for delivering your order to your door, but the merchant handles all subscription and order management.
Another option is to refuse the incoming shipment; however, this does not guarantee that the order will be refunded. You will still need to contact the merchant if you wish to receive a refund.
