Your delivery window
You'll see your estimated delivery date on the tracking page. This is our best estimate based on your service level, region, and known delays. We show a date range, not an exact time, because local couriers set their own routes each day based on package volume, traffic, and staffing.
Most packages arrive between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm local time.
Specific delivery times or windows
Passport can't arrange or guarantee specific delivery times. Your local carrier controls the delivery and may or may not offer time-specific options in your area.
To find out what's possible, contact your local courier directly:
- Go to https://passportglobal.com/track/ and enter your tracking ID
- Look for "Your local delivery" on the left side of the page
- Click the tracking number link; it takes you directly to your carrier's website
- From there, you can inquire about what they can accommodate
If your local courier allows it, you can also add brief delivery instructions on their website, like where to leave a package or gate access details.
Weekend and holiday delivery
Weekend delivery is available depending on your location and the carrier. Many areas receive deliveries only on Monday through Friday. However, some carriers deliver on Saturdays in select cities.

Customs clearance, local holidays, strikes, extreme weather, or access issues can shift when your package arrives. Your tracking page will update you if delays happen.
