Where is my customer's order?

Understanding tracking status updates:

Here is a breakdown of common tracking statuses you will see on your customer's tracking page:

• "Received at origin processing center" means the recipient's package has arrived at our facility.
• "Processed and preparing for export" means the package is being prepared for export.
• "Shipped from origin processing center" means the package has already been exported and is en route to the destination country.

If the estimated delivery date hasn't passed, you can expect additional updates on the tracking page within the next week.

Tracking with the local carrier:

Please note that the local carrier can provide further information only once they receive the shipment from customs. After this handoff is complete, you can track this shipment directly with the local carrier. Their tracking page is accessible from Passport's tracking page under the 'Your Local Delivery' section.
