How do I use bookmark filters in the portal?

Bookmarks let you quickly return to your most commonly used filter settings, saving you time and clicks. You can create, edit, or delete bookmarks right from the filters menu.

How to create a bookmark:

1. Open the filters panel in your portal.
2. Click No bookmarks applied.
3. From the dropdown, select Create Bookmark.
4. Name your bookmark and save.

You can also choose Save as default. When enabled, this bookmark will automatically be applied each time you load the page. If it’s not set as default, you can still apply it anytime by selecting it from the filter dropdown.

You can save up to five bookmarks.
 

How to edit a bookmark:

1. Select the bookmark you want to update.
2. Click the pencil icon.
3. Adjust your filters as needed.
4. Save your changes.
    

How to delete a bookmark:

1. Select the bookmark you want to remove.
2. Click the pencil icon.
3. Click the trash icon.
4. Confirm by selecting Delete Bookmark in the modal.
