How do I use the updated filters in the Passport Portal?

We’ve made some exciting updates to the shipment filters in your Portal experience, making it faster and easier to find exactly what you need. Here’s a quick guide to walk you through the new features.

Accessing the Filters

You can open the filter panel in a few ways:

• Click anywhere on the blue filter rectangle.
• Click directly on a filter name in the rectangle to jump to that specific filter.
• Use the green “Filter” button on the right-hand side at any time.

Search Within Filter Values

We’ve added a new search bar to help you navigate filters with many options, such as Milestone Status.

For example, start typing “deliver” and you’ll instantly see all milestone statuses that contain that word (e.g., “Delivered,” “Out for Delivery”).

Customize Your Table with Columns

Want to see the data that matters most?

The Columns filter lets you choose up to 8 data fields to display in your Shipments table.

• Example: Add “Shipment Date” and “Last Milestone Date.”
• Then, drag and drop columns using the arrow icons to reorder them however you'd like.

Coming Soon: Filter Bookmarks

We’re working on a new Filter Bookmarks feature!

You’ll soon be able to save and quickly switch between different sets of filters, which is perfect for recurring workflows or monitoring specific shipment types.
