Can I set flat-rate shipping by weight?

You can set flat-rate shipping by weight; however, the process varies based on the service level.

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) Shipments

• Self-Managed: If your packages are shipped at the DDU level, you can set flat-rate shipping by weight without the need for Passport involvement.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Shipments

• Rate Adjustments Needed: For DDP shipments, the Passport team will need to make rate adjustments due to live Duties and Taxes from our side.
• Adjustment Request Timeframe: Rate adjustment requests typically take between 2-5 business days. Please make any adjustment requests in advance.
