Why has my tracking stopped?

   • Such situations typically resolve themselves within a few days.

2. Missed Scans

   • Sometimes, scans may be missed, making it appear your package has not moved even though it is still in transit.

   • The issue usually resolves within a few days as the package progresses through the delivery network.
