In certain scenarios, a customer may need to have their package shipped to a PO box. For these packages to be routed correctly to ensure successful delivery, the proper service level must be used.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Packages: DDP packages are delivered through private carriers and do not have access to post office boxes (PO Boxes).
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) Packages: If you need to ship to a PO Box, you must ship the package using the DDU service level.
- Customer Responsibility: With DDU, the customer will be required to pay all duties and taxes upon entry into the destination country.
