Customize your branded tracking page
The branded tracking page editor lets you create a personalized experience for your customers when they track their orders. You can customize everything from your logo and fonts to region-specific advertisements.
How to access the editor
- In the Passport Portal, click the Brand Configuration tab on the right side of the screen
- On the Brand Configuration page, find the Branded Tracking Page section
- Click the Editor button to open the tracking page editor
What you can customize
The editor lets you personalize your tracking page with:
- Logo and favicon: Upload your brand assets and add a clickable logo URL
- Fonts: Choose base and accent fonts that match your brand
- Colors: Set accent and bubble colors for a cohesive look
- Advertisement section: Create promotional content with images, text, and call-to-action buttons
- Social media links: Connect to your social platforms to build customer engagement
Ad localization
Target customers with region-specific advertisements based on their location. This powerful feature lets you show seasonal promotions (like swimwear ads in the Southern Hemisphere during their summer), native language content, or location-specific offers to increase conversion rates.
Benefits of localized ads:
- Display promotions in customers' native languages
- Highlight region-specific sales or product availability
- Increase engagement with locally relevant content
Setting up localized ads:
- In the Advertisement section, toggle on ad localization
- Create a default ad that will show to customers in regions without specific ads
- Add new regions by clicking the add region button
-
Name your region (internal reference only - not visible to customers)
- Be as specific or broad as needed: "France", "European Union", "Southern Hemisphere"
- Select countries to include in this region from the dropdown menu
- Design your regional ad with custom text, colors, images, and button settings
How it works: When customers track their orders, the system detects their location based on the parcel's destination country and automatically displays a regional ad. If no regional ad exists for their location, they'll see your default ad.
You can create as many regions as needed and edit them anytime - just remember to click Publish after making changes.
Publishing your changes
Going live: Click Publish to make your design live for customers. Changes take effect immediately.
Editing regions: You can edit or delete regions at any time. Remember to click Publish after making changes to regional ads.
